Dash-Horde
Privacy Policy
Alpha Preview - Dash-Horde is currently an invite-only preview. This privacy policy will be updated as the service evolves and new features or services are introduced.
Dash-Horde collects and stores personal information to provide and measure the use of the service. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.
Information Collected for Personal Use
- Email address
- Password used to access the service
- User-provided weblinks and self-defined category information
Information Collected for Tenanting Use
In addition to the information collected for personal use, tenant owners will also provide:
- Legal name, address, and telephone contact number of the tenant owner
- A self-defined tenant name, subject to being deemed suitable for use
Information Collected When Requesting Support
- Email address
- Any other information the requester chooses to provide
How Data Is Used
- All data is stored on Dash-Horde servers
- Data may be extracted and used to audit and measure the use of the service
- Data may be used to contact users for marketing purposes, such as making users aware of subscription and one-time service add-ons
Data Sharing
Analytics tools are expected to be incorporated into the service in the near future to better understand and audit usage, and to focus development for future improvements.
The current Alpha service does not include a payment processor for subscriptions or specialist services. This will be incorporated at a later date and this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
Right to Erasure
- All registered users have the right to erasure. To submit a request email gdpr-erasure@dash-horde.gozer.uk.
- Where a financial transaction has been processed for the requester, that data will be retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with UK policy.
- Where a user is under review for a breach of service policy or UK law, a legal retention policy may be applied preventing data from being changed or removed, regardless of any erasure request.
Regulatory Alignment
- Dash-Horde aligns to the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act (DPA), and the Data (Use and Access) Act (DUAA).
- The DUAA is being deployed in phases; Dash-Horde will follow these phases as each comes into Royal Assent and becomes part of UK law.
- This privacy policy will be updated as privacy requirements change, including the introduction of additional services which require policy amendment for open awareness.

We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours. During the early invite-only Alpha phase, response times may be longer.
